The origin and transformation of Language and Art

The origin of the language. I will use here in my review on this important powerful work with the title, The Origin and transfrormation of Language and Art, by Konstantinos Maritsas published by the Kastella M Company Ltd, is laid out by Mr. Maritsas in the most simple and in depth manner, making it possible for its readers to obtain the idea and knowledge of the beginnings and development of the human species in the two most vital expressions: language and art.

These expressions were so important to the ancient Greeks that they founded very early in the depths of time godlike beings that in the height of their civilization became the nine Muses which protected each specific human expression. From memory they were born, Mnemosene, their mother, Polymnia of hymns, Ourania of astronomy, Calliope of rhetoric, Clio of history, Melpomene of tragedy, Terpsichore of dance, Euterpe  of music, Thalia of comedy and Erato of love poetry and the goddess Athena protectress of the artists and craftsmen and guided human beings to their full fruition of creativity in the glorious classical age of ancient Greece.
